"In the emerald wood" is a wandering through the Greek island of Lesvos. The emerald wooded island has been charming me with its beauty throughout the four seasons of the year. That island, me and still that wind…. Images and thoughts remained after my journey, are written down in lyrical form. This book is also about longing to meet my own self.
“In the emerald wood” is a compilation of 36 lyrical thoughts and illustrations for each of them. The figures and shapes are cut out from coloured paper. The book was created in the years 2003 – 2006. It was published in 2008 in the Polish language and released in 500 hand numbered copies. Offset printing, cmyk + special colours
